Faculty of Business StudiesCredit Officer Certificate qualification consists of competencies that an individual must achieve to enable him/her to administer request for credit, administer debtors ledger, monitor business performance, manage debt collection and recovery, evaluate credit portfolio performance, manage credit risk and compliance, operate Management information systems in credit, manage customer relationship and implement credit business development.
Entry Requirements
a) Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) with a minimum mean grade of D+ (plus)
Or
c) Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA)
Assessment
The course will be assessed at two levels: internally and externally. Internal assessment is continuous and is conducted by the trainer who is monitored by an internal accredited verifier while external assessment is the responsibility of TVET CDACC.
Certification
On successful completion of all units of learning, a trainee will be awarded a Credit Officer Certificate issued by TVET CDACC in conjunction with Equip Africa Institute.
