Application Requirements
Name, date of birth, permanent and mailing address, email address, phone number, residency and citizenship information, parent information and funding options.
High school name, graduation date (or anticipated graduation date), college or university names, including dates attended.
Copies of College or High School certificates. The College must me recognized by Equip Africa College of Medical and Health Sciences.
A non-refundable online/manual application fee of Ksh. 1,000. To be paid to the Bank and the deposit slip scanned for attachment or attached to the manual application form when returning.
